Abstract

EN : Qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, conclusions, bibliography (70 sources). The qualifying volume of the work is 91 pages, including 84 texts. There are 8 tables, 1 figure. Qualification work gives a theoretical overview and describes an experimental study of socio-pedagogical work with adolescents on the formation of social competence. The object of work is the process of forming social skills in adolescents in general secondary education. Subject - the content, forms and methods of formation of social skills in adolescents in general secondary education. The aim is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the content, forms and methods of forming social skills in adolescents in general secondary education. To achieve this goal, the following research objectives have been identified. - to explore the essence of the concept of "social skills" and "social competence"; - to characterize adolescence as a sensitive period for the formation of social skills and social competence; - to highlight the features of socio-pedagogical work on the formation of social skills of adolescents in general secondary education; - to substantiate and implement in the work of the school a socio-pedagogical program for the formation of social skills of adolescents; - check the effectiveness of the implemented program. Section 1 "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of social skills and social competence in adolescents" highlights the essence of the concepts of "social skills" and "social competence" in the scientific literature; reveals the psychological and pedagogical features of adolescence; identifies ways to develop social skills and social competence of adolescents in general secondary education. Section 2 "Experimental socio-pedagogical work on the formation of social skills and social competence of adolescents" shows the results of the ascertaining, formative and control stages of the experiment on the formation of social skills and social competence of adolescents in general secondary education. Analysis of the results confirmed the effectiveness of the program.

Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи формування соціальних навичок у підлітків в закладі загальної середньої освіти. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити зміст, форми та методи формування соціальних навичок у підлітків в закладі загальної середньої освіти. Методи дослідження: теоретичні – аналіз філософської, психологічної, соціально-педагогічної вітчизняної і зарубіжної наукової літератури, нормативних і законодавчих документів з проблеми дослідження; аналіз, синтез, узагальнення; емпіричні – опитування, бесіда, інтерв’ю, оцінка (експертна), спостереження; соціально-педагогічний експеримент. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до проблеми формування соціальних навичок підлітків та формування їхньої соціальної компетентності. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці соціально-педагогічної програми з формування соціальної компетентності підлітків у закладі загальної середньої освіти. Галузь використання: заклади загальної середньої освіти, заклади позашкільної освіти.
