Удосконалення механізму формування фінансових ресурсів ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 120 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 14 рисунків, 7 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є механізм формування фінансових ресурсів ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс». Предметом дослідження є аналітична та практична оцінка напрямів удосконалення механізму формування фінансових ресурсів ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико–методичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізму формування фінансових ресурсів ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс». Завдання: 1) визначити економічну сутність фінансових ресурсів підприємства; 2) провести дослідження фінансового стану ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс»; 3) охарактеризувати сучасний стан фінансових ресурсів на ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс»; 4) визначити шляхи та напрямки удосконалення механізму формування фінансових ресурсів ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс». Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, фінансово–економічного, статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: удосконалено методику інтегральної оцінки фінансового стану підприємства; виявлено та систематизовано основні недоліки та проблеми фінансового стану; розроблено та запропоновано перелік пропозицій щодо удосконалення механізму формування фінансових ресурсів ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс». Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані на ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс», зокрема, запропоновані напрями оцінки фінансових ресурсів та покращення механізму їх формування, а також оптимальна структура капіталу підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 120 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 14 figures, 7 annex. The list of references includes 71 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is the mechanism of formation of financial resources of PJSC "Zaporizhkoks". The subject of study is the analytical and practical assessment of the directions of improvement of the mechanism of formation of financial resources of PJSC "Zaporizhkoks". The purpose of the qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of formation of financial resources of PJSC "Zaporizhkoks". Tasks: 1) to determine the economic essence of the financial resources of the enterprise; 2) to conduct a study of the financial condition of PJSC "Zaporizhkoks"; 3) to characterize the current state of financial resources at PJSC "Zaporizhkoks"; 4) to identify ways and directions to improve the mechanism of formation of financial resources of PJSC "Zaporizhkoks". Methods of research: logical generalization, financial–economic, statistical analysis, comparison, construction, etc. The obtained results: the method of an integrated assessment of the financial condition of the enterprise is improved; the main disadvantages and problems of the financial state are revealed and systematized; developed and proposed a list of proposals to improve the mechanism of formation of financial resources of PJSC "Zaporizhkoks". The relevance of the chosen topic directly for PJSC "Zaporizhkoks" is that the proposed ways of improvement the mechanism of formation of financial resources can be applied both as a whole and separately. Therefore, it is quite important in the current economic situation in the country and the world. Improving the mechanism of formation of financial resources will be able to minimize the risks of bankruptcy and improve the financial condition of the enterprise as a whole. The results of the study can be applied to PJSC "Zaporizhkoks", in particular, the proposed areas of assessment of financial resources and improving the mechanism of their formation, as well as the optimal capital structure of the enterprise.
