Мікробіологічна оцінка дії антисептичних препаратів на мікрофлору рук людини

Abstract

UA : В роботі 85 сторінок, 11 таблиць, 10 рисунків, було використано 73 літературних джерел, із них 15 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес впливу антисептичних препаратів на кількісний склад мікрофлори рук людини. Предметом дослідження є антисептичні препарати: «АХД 2000», «Lucky day», «Manorm МD+М», «Manorm», вологі серветки «Своя Лінія», а також розроблені антисептичні засоби №1 та №2, аноліт, католіт та хлоргексидин. Методи досліджень: метод змивів, метод посіву та розрахунку. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є: вивчення впливу антисептичних засобів для обробки покриву шкіри людини на кількісний склад мікрофлори. Теоретично та експериментально визначено: досліджувані промислові антисептичні засоби проявили неоднозначну дію на кількісний склад мікрофлори рук людини. Так, найбільш виражений антисептичний ефект відмічений у препараті «АХД 2000». Розроблені антисептичні препарати проявили достатній рівень бактерицидної дії. Так, наприклад після 20 хв обробки рук антисептик №1 мав кількість колоній на 2,17 разів менше, ніж у антисептичному препараті «AXД 2000», який є ефективнішим зразком досліджуваних промислових антисептиків. Дослідний зразок №2 є не таким вдалим, як антисептичний засіб №1, але може використовуватись у сьогоденні, як аналог сучасних дезінфекційних засобів. У майбутньому він потребує подальшого дослідження концентрації окремих його складових. Під час експериментальної частини морфологічні типи колоній були представлені бактеріями роду Sarcina, а також Staphylococcus, Bacillus та Streptococcus.

The subject of the study is antiseptic drugs: «AХD 2000», «Lucky day», «Manorm MD+M», «Manorm», wet wipes «My Line», as well as developed antiseptics №1 and №2, anolyte, catholyte and chlorhexidine. The purpose of the qualification work is study of the effect of antiseptics for the treatment of human skin on the quantitative composition of the microflora Theoretically and experimentally determined: the studied industrial antiseptics had an ambiguous effect on the quantitative composition of the microflora of human hands. Thus, the most pronounced antiseptic effect was observed in the drug «AХD 2000». Developed antiseptic drugs showed a sufficient level of bactericidal action. For example, after 20 minutes of hand treatment, the antiseptic №1 had the number of colonies 2.17 times less than in the antiseptic drug «AXD 2000», which is a more effective example of the studied industrial antiseptics. Test sample №2 is not as successful as the antiseptic №1, but can be used today as an analogue of modern disinfectants. In the future, it needs further study of the concentration of its individual components. During the experimental part, morphological types of colonies were represented by bacteria of the genus Sarcina, as well as Staphylococcus, Bacillus and Streptococcus.
