Моніторинг формування та виконання бюджетів об’єднаних територіальних громад Запорізької області

Abstract

UA : У роботі проаналізовано структуру надходжень до місцевих бюджетів; проаналізовано економіко-математичні моделі та методи для прогнозування надходжень об’єднаних територіальних громад; побудовано економіко-математичні моделі для моніторингу та прогнозування обсягів надходжень до бюджетів об’єднаних територіальних громад в Запорізькій області; проаналізовано ефективність бюджетних програм об’єднаних територіальних громад в Запорізькій області. Особливу увагу у роботі приділено моніторингу та прогнозуванню обсягів надходжень до бюджетів об’єднаних територіальних громад в Запорізької області. Було виявлено, що найкраще динаміку надходжень доходів до бюджету описує нейромережна модель.

EN : This paper analyzes the structure of admissions to local budgets, analyzes economic and mathematical models and methods for predicting admissions of the united territorial communities, builds economic and mathematical models for monitoring and forecasting the volume of admissions to the budgets of the united territorial communities of the Zaporizhzhia region, analyzes the effectiveness of budget programs of the united territorial communities of area. Special attention in the paper is paid to monitoring and forecasting the volume of admissions to the budgets of the united territorial communities of the Zaporizhzhia region. It was found that the neural network model describes the dynamics of incomes to the budget of the united territorial community best of all.
