Аналіз процесу обжигу електродних заготовок

Abstract

UA : В магістерській роботі представлена технологічна схема виробництва електродної продукції. Достатньо повно розглянуто властивості сировинних матеріалів та принцип роботи печей для випалу, схеми завантаження заготовок в печі та температурні режими випалу електродів. Дослідженно температурні поля при випалюванні електродів та визначено вплив температурного поля печі на зміну властивостей по довжині електрода. Досліджено способи обігріву електродних заготовок та вплив зовнішніх та внутрішніх обігрівальних стінок.

EN : The master's thesis presents the technological scheme of production of electrode products. The properties of raw materials and the principle of operation of kilns for firing, schemes of loading of blanks in the kiln and temperature modes of firing of electrodes are sufficiently considered. The temperature fields during firing of the electrodes were studied and the influence of the temperature field of the furnace on the change of properties along the length of the electrode was determined. Methods of heating electrode blanks and the influence of external and internal heating walls are studied.
