Впровадження ефективних методів організації при будівництві 4-х поверхового житлового будинку в м. Харків

Abstract

UA : У даній роботі проаналізовані ефективні методи організації будівництва, параметри будівельних потоків і їх класифікації, сутності потокового процесу будівельної організації. Визначено поняття поточного методу організації виробництва, суть потокової організації будівництва. Обґрунтовані процеси організації будівництва, які базується на дотриманні вимог нормативних документів, передовому досвіді і новітніх досягненнях будівельної науки і техніки з урахуванням необхідності суміщення в часі виконання загально будівельних, монтажних і спеціальних робіт поточними методами з ув’язкою методів щодо їх виконання.

EN : This paper analyzes effective methods of organizing construction, the parameters of construction flows and their classification, the essence of the flow process of a construction organization. The concepts of the flow method of organizing production, the essence of the flow organization of construction are determined. Processes for organizing construction have been substantiated, which are based on compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents, best practices and the latest achievements in construction science and technology, taking into account the need to combine in time the execution of general construction, installation and special works by current methods with the coordination of methods for their implementation.
