Abstract

UA : Досліджено теоретико- методичні основи управління фінансовими ресурсами органів місцевого самоврядування, стан фінансових ресурсів органів місцевого самоврядування. Визначено й аргументовано напрями вдосконалення організації фінансового забезпечення розвитку територіальних громад, практична реалізація яких дасть змогу суттєво підвищити ефективність їх фінансового забезпечення. Запропоновано механізм комплексного оцінювання стану фінансового забезпечення розвитку територіальних громад та їх бюджетної спроможності.

EN : Theoretical and methodical bases of management of financial resources of local self-government bodies, a condition of financial resources of local selfgovernment bodies are investigated. The directions of improving the organization of financial support for the development of territorial communities are identified and argued, the practical implementation of which will significantly increase the efficiency of their financial support. The mechanism of the complex estimation of a condition of financial maintenance of development of territorial communities and their budgetary capacity is offered.
