Обґрунтування проєкту підвищення якості трубної продукції за рахунок вдосконалення методів підготовки поверхні перед нанесенням захисного покриття в ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 9 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 65 джерел, з них 3 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є підвищення якості трубної продукції. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та прикладні підвищення якості трубної продукції підприємства ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та запровадження практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення якості трубної продукції для підприємства ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ» за рахунок більш якісної підготовки поверхні перед нанесенням захисного покриття. Завдання: 1) дослідити теоретичні основи сутності поняття якість трубної продукції виробничого підприємства; 2) дослідити сучасний стан трубної промисловості; 3) розглянути класифікацію та технологію виробництва сталевих труб і безшовних; 4) дослідити стан фінансових показників діяльності ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ та запропоновано шляхи щодо підвищення якості трубної продукції за рахунок вдосконалення методу підготовки поверхні перед нанесенням захисного покриття. Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові та емпіричні методи наукових досліджень, зокрема: описовий, методи аналізу та синтезу; методи економічного, статистичного аналізу; метод графічного зображення. Одержані результати: 1) запропоновано використання авторського визначення поняття якість продукції; 2) досліджено сучасний стан трубної промисловості; 3) запропоновано дієві пропозиції щодо підвищення якості трубної продукції підприємства «ТОВ «ІНТЕРПАЙП НІКО ТЬЮБ». Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на визначення теоретичних і практичних засад покращення роботи виробничого досліджуваного підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 104 pages of printed text, contains 25 tables, 9 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 65 sources, 3 of them in foreign languages. The object of research is to improve the quality of pipe products. The subject of the research is theoretical and applied quality improvement of pipe products of the enterprise LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE". The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and introduce practical recommendations for improving the quality of pipe products for the company LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE" due to better surface preparation before applying the protective coating. Tasks: 1) to investigate the theoretical foundations of the essence of the concept of quality of pipe products of a manufacturing enterprise; 2) to investigate the current state of the pipe industry; 3) consider the classification and technology of production of steel pipes, including and seamless; 4) to investigate the state of financial performance of LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE" and suggested ways to improve the quality of pipe products by improving the method of surface preparation before applying a protective coating. Research methods: general scientific and empirical methods of scientific research, in particular: descriptive, methods of analysis and synthesis; methods of economic, statistical analysis; graphic image method. The obtained results: 1) the use of the author's definition of the concept of product quality is proposed; 2) the current state of the pipe industry is studied; 3) effective proposals for improving the quality of pipe products of the company "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE" are proposed. The results of the study are aimed at determining the theoretical and practical principles for improving the quality of pipe products by preparing the surface before applying a protective coating and can be implemented in the practice of other metallurgical enterprises for the production of steel pipes. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of diagnosis (analysis) and quality assurance of production of pipes of the production enterprise; legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine on accounting, proposals to improve the quality of pipe products at enterprises, financial statements of LLC "INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE".
