Організація соціально-педагогічної допомоги мігрантам та їх сім’ям у Німеччині

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 92 с., 4 таблиці, 6 рисунків, 78 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: процес організації соціально-педагогічної допомоги для мігрантів у німецькому середовищі. Предмет дослідження: умови організації процесу соціально-педагогічної допомоги біженцям та мігрантам в інше середовище. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та розробити рекомендації щодо організації соціально-педагогічної допомоги мігрантам та їх сім’ям під час соціально-економічної адаптації у німецькому середовищі. Методи дослідження: аналіз, систематизація, узагальнення, анкетування, оцінка потреб, опитування, інтерв’ювання. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає у комплексному підході до визначення технології організації соціальної допомоги мігрантам та їх сім’ям у Німеччині, що включає не лише інформування про можливості організації соціально-педагогічної роботи з мігрантами з боку держави та некомерційних організацій, а й передбачає формування навичок соціальної компетенції. Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці методу оцінки потреб мігрантів та біженців в умовах адаптації в іншій країні. Галузь використання: загальноосвітні школи, заклади вищої освіти, благодійні організації.

EN : The qualifying work consists of introduction, 3 parts, findings, list of literature (78 items). The qualifying work volume is 92 pages long, 80 of them – main text. There are 4 tables and 6 illustrations. The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of problems of organizing and providing social and pedagogical assistance to migrants and refugees in Germany. The conditions of several migration crises in Germany and the means of integrating refugees into German society were identified, which helped to resolve the crisis. Object of research: the process of organizing social and pedagogical assistance for migrants in the German environment. Subject of research: conditions for organizing the process of social and pedagogical assistance to refugees and migrants in another environment. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and develop recommendations for the organization of socio-pedagogical assistance to migrants and their families during the socio-economic adaptation in the German environment. The research tasks are: 1. To consider the essence and features of the European migration crisis as a social phenomenon; 2. Analyze the legal framework for social assistance to migrants in Germany and Ukraine; 3. Identify the needs and problems of migrants and refugees during their adaptation to another environmen; 4. To determine the content and technology of social and pedagogical work with migrants and their families in Germany; 5. Develop recommendations for the use of the social protection program for migrants in the Ukrainian environment.
