Abstract

В кваліфікаційній роботі дана характеристика об'єкту проектування, приведені дані по теплових навантаженнях промислового майданчика підприємства та основні технічні та компоновані рішення. Виконаний розрахунок теплової схеми котельної з метою визначення витрат води у вузлових точках теплової схеми при характерних режимах роботи котельної. Складений загальний матеріальний баланс по воді. Приведений розрахунок і вибір основного та допоміжного устаткування котельної. Доведено, що розроблений проект реконструкції відповідає сучасним вимогам енергозбереження і захисту довкілля.

EN : The work is presented on 59 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables, 2 figures. The list of references includes 22 sources, 0 of them in foreign language. In the qualification work the characteristic of object of designing is given, data on thermal loadings of an industrial site of the enterprise and the basic technical and composed decisions are resulted. The calculation of the thermal scheme of the boiler room was performed in order to determine the water consumption at the nodal points of the thermal scheme at the characteristic modes of operation of the boiler room. The general material balance on water is made. The calculation and selection of the main and auxiliary equipment of the boiler room is given. It is proved that the developed reconstruction project meets the modern requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.
