Информационные технологии, их место в структуре конвергентных технологий и информатизации

Abstract

RU :В статье раскрыто понятие и архитектоника конвергентных технологий, объяснено содержание информационных технологий как ядра конвергентных технологий и основного инструмента процессов информатизации. Проанализирована сущность информатизации как маркера цивилизационного развития человечества. В контексте постановки проблемы акцентировано внимание на символично-шаговой информационной технологии (СИТ) измерения и обработки базового информационного ресурса

UA : У статті розкрито поняття та архітектоніка конвергентних технологій. З‘ясована сутність інформаційних технологій, як ядра конвергентних технологій, дана їх класифікація. Проаналізована сутність інформатизації як маркера цивілізаційного розвитку людства. У контексті поставленої проблеми акцентувалася увага на символічно-крокової інформаційної технології (СІТ) вимірювання та обробки базового інформаційного ресурсу.

EN : In the article, the concept and architectonics of convergent technologies including nana-, bio-, info-, and cognitive technologies, is explained. Determining role of information technologies forming the conceptual core of convergent technologies is shown. It is proved that information technologies are based on the information resources of a specific society. The context of information resources as the totality of subjectified information knowledge and results of intellectual human labor recorded on the carriers of any physical feature and dedicated for the application in the information circulation is analyzed. Information resources in the society act as information and subject product and also as information service. It is explained, that information resources for their positive information circulation need their representation. It requires the explanation of informatization processes. Its context is explained as system activity processes aimed at mastering the information society resources to achieve and support the condition of information awareness of all society members on the base of innovation information technologies. Four segments of technologies are defined in the structure of informatiozation: electronization, computerization, mediatization and intellectualization, and their context are also explained. In the context of set aims, the context of information technologies as totality of technical, program and organization economic means united structurally and functionally to solve specific tasks of informatization, is explained. It is pointed out that information technologies are as totality of operations performed under information recourses by modern technical means and methods to solve set tasks. The innovations in the development of high technologies are connected with the output of new quality products that do not have analogs, and also with the methods and means of information products services representation. The information technologies are classified according to the next features: firstly, depending on the type difference and class of information resources, secondly, on functional feature. The important component is grounding symbol-step information technology (SIT) of change and processing the basic information resources, three steps of technological process are disclosed. The main ways of measurement of information are defined and explained: enumerical-dimensional, algorithmic, structural –thesaurus and entropic
