Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 70 c., 7 рис., 8 табл., 50 джерел Предмет дослідження: організаційна культура підприємства. Об’єкт дослідження: «Kernel». Мета роботи – удосконалити організаційну культуру підприємства «Kernel». Методи дослідження: описовий. Специфіка роботи – вивчення організаційної культури українського та світових підприємств у різних галузях. Під час написання роботи було вивчено методику та систему організаційної культури та її зміну в умовах дистанційної робити. Як заохочувати працівників до ефективної роботи підприємства «Kernel». Розроблено стратегію удосконалення організаційної культури на підприємстві «Kernel».
