Учнівський колектив як чинник соціалізації дітей молодшого шкільного віку

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 84 с., 3 таблиці, 4 рисунки, 93 джерела, 2 додатки. Об’єкт дослідження: процес соціалізації дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Предмет дослідження: колектив як чинник соціалізації учнів початкової школи. Гіпотеза дослідження: процес соціалізації дітей молодшого шкільного віку в учнівському колективі буде ефективним, якщо діяльність соціального педагога буде спрямована на формування згуртованості учнівського колективу; розвиток ціннісних орієнтацій, уміння молодших школярів робити моральний вибір, визначати мотив поведінки; формування позитивних взаємостосунків, підвищення мотивації дітей до діяльності, яку вони виконують; становлення практичних навичок соціальних відносин для функціонування в соціумі. Мета дослідження: на основі вивчення теоретичних і методичних аспектів проблеми розробити методичні рекомендації щодо оптимізації процесу соціалізації молодших школярів в учнівському колективі. Методи дослідження: - теоретичні: аналіз, синтез, систематизація, конкретизація та узагальнення – для вивчення теоретичних основ досліджуваної проблеми, визначення понятійного апарату дослідження, сутності понять «колектив», «учнівський колектив», «соціалізація», психолого-педагогічних основ соціалізації дітей молодшого шкільного віку; - емпіричні: спостереження, бесіда, анкетування, тестування для визначення рівня сформованості компонентів соціалізації у дітей молодшого шкільного віку, розробки програми роботи соціального педагога з дітьми молодшого шкільного віку щодо їх соціалізації в учнівському колективі, статистична обробка отриманих результатів. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає в розширенні й поглибленні знань про соціалізацію дітей молодшого шкільного віку в соціально-педагогічній теорії та практиці; визначені потенціалу учнівського колективу у соціалізації молодших школярів; подальшого розвитку набули соціально-педагогічні умови соціалізації молодших школярів в учнівському колективі. Практичне значення дослідження визначається можливістю впровадження в освітній процес закладу загальної середньої освіти програми роботи соціального педагога з дітьми молодшого шкільного віку щодо їх соціалізації в учнівському колективі; доборі діагностичного інструментарію для вивчення рівнів сформованості компонентів соціалізації молодших школярів, який може бути використаний в практичній роботі педагогічними працівниками закладів загальної середньої освіти. Галузь використання: матеріали дослідження можуть бути використані вчителями, соціальними педагогам, вихователями закладів освіти у роботі з дітьми, у підготовці та перепідготовці педагогічних кадрів системи початкової освіти, у розробці програм виховання дітей молодшого шкільного віку у позанавчальний час.

EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 parts, findings, a list of references (93 items, 3 of foreign origin), 2 addenda on 7 pages. The total volume of the qualification work is 106 pages, of which 84 pages are the main text. There are 3 tables, 4 illustrations. The research contains a theoretical generalization and experimental study of the problem of socialization of children of primary school age in the student collective, the factors of such a process were revealed, the age-specific features of the development of children of primary school age and the nature of relationships in the team, the system of work of the social teacher and the class teacher regarding the socialization of children in the student body is characterized. The research purpose: on the basis of the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of the problem, develop methodological recommendations for optimizing the process of socialization of younger schoolchildren in the student collective. The research tasks: 1. To study the theoretical and applied aspects of the problem the influence of the student collective on the socialization of children of primary school age. 2. Consider the features of socialization of younger schoolchildren in the student collective. 3. To substantiate the program of work with children of primary school age regarding their socialization in the student collective. The research object of the qualifying work is the process of socialization of children of primary school age. The research subject: the collective as a factor in the socialization of primary school students. The part 1 “Theoretical foundations of socialization of younger schoolchildren in the student collective” considers the essence of the concept of “student collective” is defined, pedagogical theories of the formation of the student collective are analyzed, its main characteristics and forms of interaction in it are described; the main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “socialization” were analyzed, the dependence between the stage of socialization of students of younger grades and the stage of formation of a collective of younger schoolchildren was revealed. The part 2 “Research and experimental work on the study of the influence of intra-collective relations on the socialization of children of primary school age” presents the methodology of research and experimental work is described, the results of the ascertainment stage of the research and experimental work regarding the levels of formation of the components of socialization of children of primary school age are presented, the peculiarities of the organization are defined the process of socialization of elementary school students in the collective, the program of work with junior school students on socialization in the collective is presented, its purpose, tasks, basic principles, content and expected results of the program are defined.
