Особливості роботи соціального педагога з творчо обдарованими дітьми молодшого шкільного віку

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 67 с., 4 таблиці, 55 джерел, 2 додатки. Об’єкт дослідження: здібності творчо обдарованих дітей. Предмет дослідження: соціально-педагогічна робота з творчо обдарованими дітьми молодшого шкільного віку. Мета дослідження: визначити особливості роботи соціального педагога щодо виявлення та розвитку творчої обдарованості молодших школярів. Методи дослідження: теоретичні (метод теоретичного аналізу й систематизації спеціальної наукової літератури, узагальнення існуючих підходів до даної проблеми; порівняльний аналіз,самоаналіз); емпіричні (соціально-педагогічне спостереження та експеримент, опитування, анкетування, тестування, соціально-педагогічний тренінг, статистична обробка одержаних результатів). Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає у: визначенні сутності та уточненні змісту поняття «творча обдарованість», особливостей розвитку творчих здібностей; обґрунтуванні креативності та творчої уяви як найбільш важливих якостей творчої обдарованості дітей; виокремленні методів, засобів і прийомів розвитку цих творчих здібностей учнів. Практичне значення отриманих результатів: матеріали роботи можуть бути використані у підготовці до семінарських та практичних занять майбутніми фахівцями (практичними психологами та соціальними педагогами), спеціалістами, професійна діяльність яких пов’язана з навчально-виховним процесом творчо обдарованих дітей молодшого шкільного віку (вчителями, вихователями), а також батьками та рідними, які займаються їх вихованням.

The problem of the development of children’s creative talent is extremely relevant today, because at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century, life put forward a public demand for the education of a socially active, competent personality, capable of persevering in a variety of life situations, not losing humanistic guidelines, not losing moral values acquired over decades; a personality that internally accepts, thoroughly understands and spiritually creates a personal "I" and tries to significantly influence the surrounding world, that is, to use its natural potential as much as possible. The purpose of the study: to determine the specifics of the social pedagogue’s work in identifying and developing the creative talent of younger schoolchildren. The research tasks: 1) find out the essence of the concept of "creative giftedness", features of the development of creative abilities and giftedness; 2) characterize creativity and creative imagination as the most important qualities of children’s creative talent; 3) develop a complex of training classes for the development of giftedness of children of primary school age and check their effectiveness; 4) based on the results of the experiment, provide methodological recommendations to social pedagogues, teachers, and parents regarding the specifics of working with creatively gifted children. Object of research: abilities of creatively gifted children. The subject of the research: socio-pedagogical work with creatively gifted children of primary school age.

Part 1 “The problem of creative giftedness of children in socio-pedagogical and psychological literature” reveals the essence of the concept of "creative giftedness" and its psychological and pedagogical features; considers the creative imagination of a junior high school student in educational activities as a component of their giftedness; determines the methods, means and methods of developing students’ creative abilities. Part 2 “Peculiarities of the social pedagogue’s work with creatively gifted children of primary school age” is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the social pedagogue’s work with creatively gifted children of primary school age. The materials of the work can be used in preparation for seminars and practical classes by future specialists (practical psychologists and social pedagogues), specialists whose professional activity is related to the educational and educational process of creatively gifted children of primary school age (teachers, educators), as well as parents and relatives who are engaged in their upbringing.
