Обліково-контрольне забезпечення розрахунків ТОВ «В2В ТЕХНО» з оплати праці»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота містить 3 розділи, 95 с., 2 рис., 19 табл., 3 додатка, 75 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження  процес обліку та контролю розрахунків ТОВ «В2В ТЕХНО» з оплати праці. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення організації обліку та контролю розрахунків ТОВ «В2В ТЕХНО» з оплати праці. Методи дослідження: системний підхід до вивчення економічних явищ і процесів. Під час виконання дослідження використано загальнонаукові методи пізнання: методи наукового узагальнення, діалектичний метод, методи індукції та дедукції, класифікації, порівняння, наукової абстракції, системного та комплексного аналізу, синтезу. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в теоретико-методичному обґрунтуванні та вирішенні комплексу питань, пов’язаних з удосконаленням обліково-контрольного забезпечення організації розрахунків підприємств з оплати праці з метою підвищення дисципліни та якісного рівня таких розрахунків. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати, яким притаманна наукова новизна: набули подальшого розвитку:  методичне забезпечення організації праці та її оплати шляхом систематизації змін в законодавстві з організації праці та її оплати у зв’язку із запровадження воєнного стан;  методичне забезпечення внутрішнього контролю розрахунків з оплати праці шляхом систематизації етапів внутрішнього контролю розрахунків підприємств із найманими працівниками з оплати праці. За підсумками проведеного дослідження обґрунтована доцільність зміни принципів преміювання працівників ТОВ «В2В ТЕХНО» із подальшим формуванням положення про преміювання, в якому мають бути прописані чіткі критерії такого преміювання, розроблена пропозиція документального погодження термінів щорічних відпусток працівників ТОВ «В2В ТЕХНО» шляхом запровадження складання графіку відпусток та запровадження за потреби механізму зміни такого графіку, а також розроблена форма картки внутрішнього контролю з метою організації систематичного внутрішнього контролю розрахунків з оплати праці. Застосування на практиці запропонованих автором рекомендацій дозволить підвищити якісний рівень обліково-аналітичного забезпечення розрахунків підприємств з оплати праці з метою підвищення дисципліни та якісного рівня таких розрахунків. Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на підвищення якісного рівня обліково-аналітичного забезпечення організації розрахунків з оплати праці з метою забезпечення ефективного використання найманої праці на підприємстві.

The object of the study is the process of accounting and control of payments of limited liability company «В2В TECHNO» for labor payments. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the organization of accounting and control of payroll calculations of limited liability company «B2B TECHNO». Research methods: a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes. During the research, general scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of scientific generalization, dialectical method, methods of induction and deduction, classification, comparison, scientific abstraction, systematic and complex analysis, synthesis. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the theoretical and methodological substantiation and solution of a complex of issues related to the improvement of the accounting and control support for the organization of enterprise payroll calculations in order to increase the discipline and quality level of such calculations. In the process of research, the following scientific results were obtained, which are characterized by scientific novelty: Got further development: ‒ methodical provision of labor organization and its payment by systematizing changes in the legislation on labor organization and its payment in connection with the introduction of martial law; ‒ methodical provision of internal control of payroll calculations by systematizing the stages of internal control of payroll calculations of enterprises with employees. Based on the results of the research, the feasibility of changing the principles of rewarding employees of limited liability company «В2В TECHNO» with the subsequent formation of regulations on bonuses, in which clear criteria for such bonuses should be prescribed, a proposal for document approval of the terms of annual vacations of employees of limited liability company «В2В TECHNO» by introducing a schedule of vacations was developed and introduction, if necessary, of a mechanism for changing such a schedule, as well as a form of internal control card developed for the purpose of organizing systematic internal control of payroll calculations. The practical application of the recommendations proposed by the author will allow to increase the quality level of accounting and analytical support of enterprise payroll calculations in order to increase the discipline and quality level of such calculations. The obtained results of the research are aimed at increasing the quality level of accounting and analytical support for the organization of payroll calculations in order to ensure the effective use of hired labor at the enterprise.
