Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та розробити методику формування професійної культури майбутнього керівника організації в умовах магістратури. Об’єкт дослідження: процес професійної підготовки майбутніх керівників організацій. Предмет дослідження: особливості формування професійної культури майбутнього керівника організації в умовах магістратури. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми формування професійної культури майбутніх керівників організацій в умовах магістратури, охарактеризовано сутність професійної культури та виявлено її структурні компоненти; визначено критерії та показники, схарактеризовано рівні сформованості професійної культури майбутніх керівників організацій в умовах магістратури; з’ясовано стан сформованості професійної культури студентів – майбутніх керівників організацій; розроблено методику формування професійної культури майбутнього керівника організації. Практичне значення одержаних результатів визначається тим, що розроблено методику формування професійної культури майбутнього керівника організації в умовах магістратури.

The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop a method of forming the professional culture of the future head of the organization in terms of master's degree. The object of research is the process of professional training of future leaders of organizations. The subject of research – features of formation of professional culture of the future head of the organization in the conditions of a magistracy. The theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of professional culture of future heads of organizations in the conditions of magistracy, to characterize essence of professional culture and to reveal its structural components is carried out; criteria and indicators are determined, the levels of formation of professional culture of future heads of organizations in the conditions of master's degree are characterized; the state of formation of professional culture of students - future heads of organizations is clarified; the technique of formation of professional culture of the future head of the organization is developed. The practical significance of the obtained results is determined by the fact that the method of formation of professional culture of the future head of the organization in the conditions of a magistracy is developed.
