Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні засади розробки моделі підвищення ролі людського капіталу в організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. З’ясовано аналітико-дослідницькі виміри розробки моделі підвищення ролі людського капіталу в організації в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Розроблено модель управління людським капіталом як чинник підвищення економічного зростання та конкурентоспроможності в умовах інформаційного суспільства. Обгрунтовано шляхи та напрями удосконалення моделі управління людськими ресурсами в умовах інформаційного суспільства.

EN : The qualification work analysed the theoretical and methodological principles of developing a model for increasing the role of human capital in the organization in the conditions of the information society. The analytical and research dimensions of the development of the model for increasing the role of human capital in the organization in the conditions of the information society have been clarified. A model of human capital management has been developed as a factor in increasing economic growth and competitiveness in the conditions of the information society. The ways and directions of improving the model of human resources management in the conditions of the information society are substantiated.
