Ідея гендерної рівності в українському радіоетері

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 50 стр., 59 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження є ранкові програми українських загальнонаціональних радіостанцій Хіт FM та Radio Roks (з 01.09.2022 до 04.10.2022). Предметом дослідження є ступінь дотримання гендерної рівності в радіопрограмах. Мета магістерської роботи полягає у визначенні ступеня / рівня дотримання ідей і принципів гендерної рівності в програмах українських загальнонаціональних радіостанціях. Завдання: проаналізувати основні науково-теоретичні підходи до визначення тлумачень понять «гендерна рівність» та «гендерна дискримінація», зокрема в контексті концепції прав і свобод людини. Охарактеризувати критерії, за якими визначається дотримання або впровадження ідеї гендерної рівності в українських ЗМІ, зокрема на радіостанціях. Встановити, як і наскільки ефективно дотримуються радіомовники політики гендерної рівності. Дослідити способи втілення/ репрезентації ідеї гендерної рівності в радіопрограмах. Теоретико-методологічні засади: основу кваліфікаційної роботи магістра складають праці таких вчених: К.Адамс, О.Гоян, В.Лизанчук, М.Маєрчик, С.Маллат, Т.Марценюк, Й.Мелкі, С.Оксамитна, П.Мірошниченко та інші. Отримані результатів: проаналізовано історію становлення та розвитку законів стосовно прав людини у стародавні та нові часи. Проаналізовані статті Конституції України та закони, які забезпечують рівні права усім громадянам країни. Визначено тлумачення гендерної дискримінації та гендерних стереотипів. Проаналізовано дві українські радіостанії Хіт FM та Radio Roks на предмет наявності елементів дискримінації в ранкових програмах.

EN : The Master’s paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as the idea of gender equality in Ukrainian radio. The object of the work is the morning programs of two Ukrainian nationwide radio stations Hit FM and Radio Roks. The subject of the work is the manifestations of gender inequality in the airwaves of Hit FM Radio Roks programs. The main aim of the paper consists of analyzing the situation regarding the observance of the idea of gender equality in the morning programs of Ukrainian nationwide radio stations. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: - to analyze the main scientific and theoretical approaches to defining the interpretations of the concepts of gender equality and gender discrimination, in particular in the context of the concept of human rights and freedoms; to characterize the criteria by which the observance or implementation of the idea of gender equality in the Ukrainian mass media, in particular at radio stations, is determined. - to establish how and how effectively radio broadcasters adhere to the policy of gender equality; to investigate ways of implementing-representing the idea of gender equality in radio programs. Obtained results: the history of laws in ancient and modern times was analyzed. Articles of the Constitution of Ukraine and laws that provide equal rights to all citizens of the country are analyzed. The interpretation of gender discrimination and gender stereotypes is determined. Two Ukrainian radio stations Hit FM and Radio Roks were analyzed. The scientific novelty is that the study is one of the first attempts to analyze the observance of gender equality by Ukrainian nationwide radio stations in their content.
