Особливості ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери особистості в юнацькому віці

Abstract

Трансформаційні зміни, які відбуваються в економічній, політичній та духовній сферах суспільства в останні роки, призводять до радикальних змін в психології ціннісних орієнтацій. Ці процеси залишають свій відбиток на формуванні структури ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери сучасного молодого покоління, тому що ціннісні пріоритети, які формуються на даний час, коли, майже кожен другий українець займається волонтерською діяльністю, стають базою для формування нової соціальної структури і парадигми українського суспільства. Дослідження ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери юнаків базується на розробках цієї проблеми, що існують в загальній психології. Дана проблема є центральною ланкою у численних психологічних дослідженнях як в Україні, так і за кордоном. Вона не є остаточно розробленою і характеризується наявністю різноманітних підходів, думок та концепцій до визначення основних понять та виявлення закономірностей, що лежать в її основі. Позитивне формування ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери юнаків отримує особливого значення. Наукова новизна: в контексті сучасних освітньо-виховних пріоритетів та сьогоднішніх подій, актуальною виступає проблема формування та розвитку ціннісно-мотиваційної сфери сучасної студентської молоді. Таким чином ми можемо детально вивчити та дослідити взаємозв'язок між ціннісними орієнтаціями, мотивацією до навчання та статтю в юнацькому віці.

The transformational changes taking place in the economic, political and spiritual spheres of society in recent years lead to radical changes in the psychology of value orientations. These processes leave their mark on the formation of the structure of the value-motivation sphere of the modern young generation, because the value priorities that are being formed at the moment, when almost every second Ukrainian is engaged in volunteer activities, become the basis for the formation of a new social structure and paradigm of Ukrainian society. The study of the value-motivational sphere of young people is based on the development of this problem existing in general psychology. This problem is a central link in numerous psychological studies both in Ukraine and abroad. It is not fully developed and is characterized by the presence of various approaches, opinions and concepts to define the main concepts and identify the regularities underlying it. The positive formation of the value-motivational sphere of young people is of particular importance. Scientific novelty: in the context of modern educational and educational priorities and today's events, the problem of formation and development of the value-motivational sphere of modern student youth is relevant. In this way, we can study and investigate in detail the relationship between value orientations, motivation to study and gender in adolescence.
