Організована позашкільна діяльність як чинник соціалізації учнів

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 50 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 1 таблиць, 2 рисунка. Перелік посилань включає 69 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: є процес соціалізації учнів. Нестабільність у суспільстві, реформування ключових соціальних інститутів, зміни моральних пріоритетів вимагають переоцінки ціннісних змістів щодо формування особистості, її самосвідомості. Базовим процесом набуття особистістю певних соціальних здібностей, які регулюють її соціальні стосунки та взаємодію з оточенням, є соціалізація. Так, організована позашкільна діяльність відіграє важливу роль, як інститут суспільства, що забезпечує закріплення, збагачення та поглиблення знань, отриманих у процесі навчання, застосування їх на практиці; розширення загального кругозору учнів, формування у них умінь і навичок самоосвіти; активізацію інтересів до різних галузей життєдіяльності сучасної людини (науки, техніки, мистецтва, спорту), виявлення і розвитку індивідуальних творчих здібностей і нахилів. Отже, залучення учнів до позашкільної діяльності відіграє значущу роль в розширенні можливостей їх різнопланової соціалізації. Системна організація позашкільної діяльності є потенційним посередником між світом та індивідом, який опановує цей світ, засобом організації вільного часу та культурного дозвілля. З одного боку, це є самостійний вибір, а з іншого, – системно й цільова спрямована взаємодія. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що набули подальшого розвитку ідеї співвідношення процесів соціалізації та дозвіллєвої діяльності, а також поглиблено уявлення про зміст поняття соціалізації з врахуванням сучасних досліджень українських психологів.

EN : The work is presented on 50 pages of printed text, contains 1 table, 2 figures. The list of references includes 69 sources. Object of research: there is a process of socialization of students. Instability in society, reforming of key social institutions, changes in moral priorities require a reassessment of value contents regarding the formation of an individual, his self-awareness. The basic process of a person acquiring certain social abilities that regulate his social relations and interaction with the environment is socialization. Thus, organized extracurricular activities play an important role as an institution of society, which ensures consolidation, enrichment and deepening of knowledge obtained in the learning process, their application in practice; broadening the general horizons of students, forming their self-education abilities and skills; activation of interests in various spheres of modern man's life (science, technology, art, sports), identification and development of individual creative abilities and inclinations. Therefore, the involvement of students in extracurricular activities plays a significant role in expanding the possibilities of their multifaceted socialization. The systematic organization of extracurricular activities is a potential mediator between the world and the individual who masters this world, a means of organizing free time and cultural leisure. On the one hand, this is an independent choice, and on the other, it is a systematic and purposeful directed interaction. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the idea of the relationship between socialization processes and leisure activities has been further developed, as well as the understanding of the meaning of the concept of socialization has been deepened, taking into account modern research by Ukrainian psychologists.
