Технологічні особливості виробництва ковкого чавуну

Abstract

UA : Проведено аналіз схем та методів отримання ковкого чавуну. Встановлена залежність функціональних властивостей чавуну від фазової структури та розмірів фаз. Встановлено вплив модифікаторів на фазовий склад чавуну та структуру графіту а також встановлено термодинамічні умови фізико-хімічних процесів в процесі легування та розкисленя чавуну.

EN : The analysis of schemes and methods for the production of malleable cast iron was carried out. The staleness of the functional powers of the cast iron in the phase structure of the phases has been established. The introduction of modifiers into the phase warehouse of cast iron and the structure of graphite has been installed, as well as thermodynamic minds of physical and chemical processes have been installed in the process of alloying and deoxidation of cast iron.
