Співзалежність жінок у сім’ї як психологічна проблема

В останні роки інтерес до вивчення феномену співзалежності значно виріс, це свідчить про поширеність цього явища. Міжособистісні стосунки сучасних людей неможливо уявити без близьких, інтимних стосунків, без певної емоційної залежності від людини, оскільки ми не можемо бути повністю вільними від тих, кого любимо. Але бувають випадки патологічної залежності, коли один із партнерів втрачає себе, шкодить власному душевному стану та близьким. Психологічні межі особистості, це власна психологічна територія, що складається з тіла індивіда, думок, почуттів, потреб, бажань і переконань. Дослідники феномену співзалежності стверджують, що більшість людей, схильних до співзалежних стосунків, вони не чітко усвідомлюють свої психологічні межі та мають мало або зовсім не вміють їх визначати та захищати. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що нами було проведено комплекс методик з діагностики особистісної тривожності, міжособистісної залежності, шкали самооцінки співзалежності жінок віком від 25-30 років. Отримано підтверждення того, що емоційне насильство, як стиль сімейного виховання формує високий рівень тривожності жінок (дівчат) і сприяє її орієнтації на співзалежні партнерські відносини.

In recent years, interest in the study of the phenomenon of codependency has grown significantly, which indicates the prevalence of this phenomenon. Interpersonal relationships of modern people cannot be imagined without close, intimate relationships, without a certain emotional dependence on a person, since we cannot be completely free from those we love. But there are cases of pathological addiction, when one of the partners loses himself, harms his own mental state and loved ones. The psychological boundaries of the individual are their own psychological territory consisting of the individual's body, thoughts, feelings, needs, desires and beliefs. Researchers of the phenomenon of codependency claim that most people prone to codependent relationships are not clearly aware of their psychological boundaries and have little or no ability to define and protect them. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that we conducted a set of methods for diagnosing personal anxiety, interpersonal dependence, and the self-assessment scale of codependence of women aged 25-30. It has been confirmed that emotional violence, as a style of family upbringing, creates a high level of anxiety in women (girls) and contributes to its orientation towards co-dependent partnership relations.
