Психологічні особливості самоактуалізації сучасної української жінки

Abstract

Сучасна епоха швидких соціальних змін ставить людину перед необхідністю перетворювати себе, розвивати весь свій творчий і сутнісний потенціал. Особливо гострим це питання є в умовах світової кризи, а саме – у рамках військового конфлікту на території України. Самоактуалізація є необхідним атрибутом життєдіяльності людини, тому особливо актуальним є створення умов для самоактуалізації, мотивації до особистісного зростання. Процес самоактуалізації, самоздійснення можливий через самовизначення особистості в різних сферах життя. Проблема самоактуалізації в науковому плані носить складний міждисциплінарний характер, але саме психологія досліджує можливості й умови розкриття потенціалу людини. Самоактуалізація особистості в сучасній психології розглядається в аспекті внутрішньої активності особистості, максимального використання її ресурсів для повного самоздійснення в процесі розвитку. Новизна роботи полягає у розширенні та поглибленні знань про самоактуалізацію сучасної української жінки.

The modern era of rapid social changes puts a person in front of the need to transform himself, to develop all his creative and essential potential. This issue is especially acute in the conditions of the world crisis, namely, within the framework of the military conflict on the territory of Ukraine. Self-actualization is a necessary attribute of a person's life, therefore it is especially important to create conditions for self-actualization, motivation for personal growth. The process of self-actualization, self-realization is possible through self-determination of the individual in various spheres of life. The problem of self-actualization in scientific terms is of a complex interdisciplinary nature, but it is psychology that investigates the possibilities and conditions for revealing a person's potential. Self-actualization of the individual in modern psychology is considered in terms of the internal activity of the individual, the maximum use of his resources for full self-realization in the process of development. The novelty of the work lies in the expansion and deepening of knowledge about the self-actualization of modern Ukrainian women.
