Взаємозв’язок мотивації досягнення успіху та кар’єрних орієнтацій студентів

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 72 сторінках друкованого тексту, 4 таблиці, 1 рисунок. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – мотиваційна сфера студентів - випускників ВНЗ. У сучасних соціально-економічних умовах значно зростає роль активності, ініціативності та самостійності людини у особистому, виробничому і суспільному житті. У психологічному плані формування і розвиток цих особистісних якостей завжди було пов'язано з вивченням мотивації, оскільки від характеру, змісту і рівня мотивації безпосередньо залежить успішність виконання будь-якої людської діяльності. Проблема мотивації не випадково завжди була і залишається однією з найбільш значущих і актуальних у психологічній науці. Нами розглядаються кар'єрні орієнтації сучасних студентів як набір здібностей, мотивів і цінностей людини, які інтегровані в процесі побудови його кар'єри. Звідси, формування кар'єрних орієнтацій передбачає усвідомлене ставлення до самостійного планування, коригування та реалізації перспективи свого особистісного і життєвого розвитку. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що нами було встановлено наявність взаємозв'язку мотивації досягнення успіху і кар'єрних орієнтацій особистості студентів – випускників ВНЗ.

EN : The work is presented on 72 pages of printed text, 4 tables, 1 figure. The list of references includes 71 sources. The object of the study is the motivational sphere of university graduates. In modern socio-economic conditions, the role of activity, initiative and independence of a person in personal, industrial and social life is growing significantly. In psychological terms, the formation and development of these personal qualities has always been associated with the study of motivation, since the success of any human activity directly depends on the character, content and level of motivation. It is not by chance that the problem of motivation has always been and remains one of the most significant and relevant in psychological science. We consider the career orientations of modern students as a set of abilities, motives and values of a person, which are integrated in the process of building his career. Therefore, the formation of career orientations implies a conscious attitude to independent planning, adjustment and implementation of the perspective of one's personal and life development. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that we have established the existence of a relationship between the motivation to achieve success and the career orientations of students - graduates of universities.
