Психологічні особливості професійного становлення особистості курсантів

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 50 сторінках друкованого тексту, 1 рисунок, 2 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 42 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – професійне становлення особистості. Вивчення проблеми самосвідомості має велике значення для психологічної науки. Від розвитку впевненості в собі залежить не тільки формування психологічного складу особистості, а й успішність виконуваної суб'єктом діяльності. При цьому найбільш суттєві зміни у впевненості людини в собі відбуваються в момент визначення з професійною діяльністю, в момент прийняття професійної ролі. У цей час з’являється одна з найважливіших новинок – професійна впевненість у собі. Їх виникнення та розвиток невіддільні від рівня професійної освіти та ступеня оволодіння професійними навичками. Виникнувши, професійна самосвідомість стає важливою ланкою в регуляції як поточної діяльності, так і професійного розвитку суб'єкта в цілому. Наукова новизна нашої роботи полягає в тому, що нами було теоретично проаналізовано емпірично дослідження психологічні особливості професійного становлення курсантів.

The study of the problem of self-awareness is of great importance for psychological science. The development of self-confidence depends not only on the formation of the psychological composition of the individual, but also on the success of the activity performed by the subject. At the same time, the most significant changes in a person's self-confidence occur at the moment of identification with professional activity, at the moment of accepting a professional role. At this time, one of the most important novelties appears - professional self-confidence. Their emergence and development are inseparable from the level of professional education and the degree of mastery of professional skills. Having arisen, professional self-awareness becomes an important link in the regulation of both the current activity and the professional development of the subject as a whole. The scientific novelty of our work lies in the fact that we have theoretically analyzed and empirically studied the psychological features of the professional development of cadets.
