Особливості становлення емоційної сфери підлітків на уроках акторської майстерності

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 50 сторінках друкованого тексту, 6 таблиць, 16 малюнків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 25 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – емоційна сфера підлітків. Особливості становлення емоційної сфери підлітків залежить від його оточення: батьків, друзів, звичайних людей. Якщо підліток стримується, пригнічуючи свої емоції, швидше за все, на це якраз і вплинули його батьки/оточуючі. Простіше кажучи, для людини завжди є якийсь авторитет, чию думку ми враховуємо насамперед, вважаючи її правильною, вірною. У дитинстві ще більше схильність дитини до цього, тому що тільки навчається і розвивається. Найчастіше саме в підлітковому віці відбувається дисонанс - дитини, що вже трохи переступила цю грань, починає більше пізнавати себе, аналізувати свої звичаї. У цей час і починаються внутрішні конфлікти, пізнання себе як окремої особистості. Тому підлітки так часто конфліктують з батьками, але це не єдиний фактор. Психологічні травми чи відсутність, фінансове становище у суспільстві, певна компанія, характер. Наукова новизна полягає у можливості коригування та розвиток психологічних складових емоційного інтелекту, рівня тривожності та самооцінки підлітків за допомогою авторської програми корекційно-розвиваючого тренінгу емоційної сфери підлітків на уроках акторської майстерності.

The peculiarities of the formation of the emotional sphere of adolescents depend on their environment: parents, friends, ordinary people. If a teenager holds back, repressing his emotions, most likely, this is exactly what his parents/those around him influenced. Simply put, for a person there is always some authority, whose opinion we take into account first of all, considering it correct, true. In childhood, the child is even more prone to this, because he is just learning and developing. Most often, it is during adolescence that dissonance occurs - a child who has already slightly crossed this line begins to learn more about himself, to analyze his customs. At this time, internal conflicts and recognition of oneself as a separate individual begin. That is why teenagers often conflict with their parents, but this is not the only factor. Psychological injuries or lack thereof, financial position in society, a certain company, character. The scientific novelty consists in the possibility of adjusting and developing the psychological components of emotional intelligence, the level of anxiety and self-esteem of teenagers with the help of the author's program of corrective and developmental training of the emotional sphere of teenagers in acting classes.
