Психологічні особливості внутрішньої картини хвороби пацієнтів із туберкульозом легень

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 56 сторінках друкованого тексту, 10 таблиць, 3 рисунка, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 33 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – внутрішня картини захворювання як психологічний феномен. Актуальність дослідження пояснюється тим, що в результаті патоморфозу перебіг туберкульозу легень змінився за останні роки та продовжує змінюватися. Це спричинює виникненню нової внутрішньої картини захворювання. Дотепер автори ж оцінювали переважно окремі аспекти внутрішньої картини захворювання (тривога та депресія, ставлення до захворювання) та лише при певних клінічних формах або типах туберкульозного процесу, не вказуючи на те, як довго пацієнти лікувалися та чи мало це вплив на внутрішню картину захворювання. В той же час, зарубіжні та вітчизняні психологи роблять акцент на доцільності психотерапії за допомогою різноманітних підходів та вправ, які націлені на різні складові внутрішньої картини захворювання туберкульоз. Наукова новизна полягає у встановленні психологічних особливостей особистісної, емоційної та мотиваційно-вольової складових внутрішньої картини захворювання у пацієнтів із туберкульозом легень із різною тривалістю стаціонарного лікування.

EN : The work is presented on 56 pages of printed text, 10 tables, 3 figures, 1 appendix. The list of references includes 33 sources. The object of research is the internal picture of the disease as a psychological phenomenon. The relevance of the study is explained by the fact that, as a result of pathomorphosis, the course of pulmonary tuberculosis has changed in recent years and continues to change. This causes the emergence of a new internal picture of the disease. Until now, the authors have mainly evaluated certain aspects of the internal picture of the disease (anxiety and depression, attitude to the disease) and only in certain clinical forms or types of the tuberculosis process, without indicating how long the patients were treated and whether this had an effect on the internal picture of the disease. At the same time, foreign and domestic psychologists emphasize the expediency of psychotherapy using various approaches and exercises aimed at various components of the internal picture of tuberculosis. The scientific novelty consists in establishing the psychological features of the personal, emotional and motivational and volitional components of the internal picture of the disease in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with different durations of inpatient treatment.
