Адаптація тімбілдінгу в компанії в умовах глобальних загроз

Abstract

UA : Робота включає 78 сторінок, 61 позицію у списку літератури, два додатки. Об’єкт дослідження: тімбілдінг в компанії як управлінська технологія. В роботі комплексно розглянуто сучасні методи і технології тімбілдінгу в компанії в умовах глобальних загроз. Доведено, що технологія тімбілдінгу в компанії має суттєві відмінності в період сталого розвитку і в умовах зростання глобальних загроз. Запропонований алгоритм адаптації тімбілдінгу в компанії в умовах глобальних загроз і запропоновані практичні рекомендації в роботі з персоналом, представлені результати емпіричного дослідження, проведеного на основі вивчення двох категорій об’єктів на предмет адаптації тімбілдінгу в компанії в умовах війни: керівників компаній і керівників HR-відділів (тих, хто розробляє і реалізує технологію тімбілдінгу в компанії) і співробітників компанії, членів команди.

The work comprehensively examines modern methods and technologies of team building in the company in conditions of global threats. It has been proven that the team building technology in the company has significant differences in the period of sustainable development and in the conditions of the growth of global threats. The proposed algorithm for the adaptation of team building in the company in conditions of global threats and proposed practical recommendations in working with personnel, the results of an empirical study conducted on the basis of the study of two categories of objects on the subject of the adaptation of team building in the company in conditions of war are presented: heads of companies and heads of HR departments (those who develop and implement team building technology in the company) and company employees, team members.
