Формування фінансової стратегії ПАТ «Мотор Січ» в системі управління економічною безпекою

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 105 с., 24 рис., 17 табл., 65 джерел, 7 додатків. Об’єктом дослідження є управління системою економічної безпеки підприємства ПАТ «Мотор Січ». Предметом дослідження є внутрішні і зовнішні фактори, які впливають на фінансову безпеку підприємства. Метою роботи є аналіз та розвиток теоретичних підходів, удосконалення розробки методичних практичних рекомендацій, щодо стратегічного управління системою забезпечення економічної безпеки авіаційного підприємства. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо факторів впливу на фінансову стійкість підприємства; 2) оцінка фінансового стану ПАТ «Мотор Січ»; 3) підбір найбільш ефективних факторів підвищення фінансової безпеки підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, метод математичного моделювання. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) визначено оптимальні напрями розробки та впровадження фінансової стратегії підприємства, для забезпечення підвищення ефективності управління економічною безпекою підприємства на даному етапі розвитку; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління економічною безпекою підприємства на заходах трансформації, зᴏкрема, фінансової реструктуризації. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Запропоновані методичні рекомендації можуть бути використані на досліджуваному підприємстві як методичне забезпечення для оцінки фінансової безпеки підприємства та як консультаційні та інформаційні матеріали.

EN : Qualifying work: 105 p., 24 fig., 17 tab., 65 references, 7 annex. The object of the study is the management of the economic security system of PJSC " Motor Sich" Enterprise. The subject of the study is internal and external factors that affect financial security of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is the analysis and development of theoretical approaches, improvement development of methodical practical recommendations for strategic management the system of ensuring the economic security of the aviation enterprise. Tasks: 1) analysis of literary data on the factors of influence on financial stability of the enterprise; 2) assessment of the financial condition of PJSC "Motor January" 3) selection of the most effective factors for increasing financial security enterprises. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, systematic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, deduction and induction methods, analysis and synthesis, method of mathematical modeling. Obtained results and their novelty: 1) optimal development directions and implementation of the company;s financial strategy are determined, to ensure increasing the efficiency of the economic security management of the enterprise on at this stage of development; 2) recommendations for promotion efficiency of economic security management of the enterprise at events transformation, in particular, financial restructuring were determined. Information base – legislative acts, normative-legal documents, modern publications, works of well-known economists and financiers who addressed the issue of managing the financial stability of enterprises. The methodological basis consists of methods of system, structural, factor and comparative analysis. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposed methodical recommendations can be used at the researched enterprise as methodological support for assessing the financial security of the enterprise and how consultation and information materials.
