Управління ефективністю фінансової політики підприємства

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 67 с., 5 рис., 11 табл., 54 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: система управління фінансовою політикою машинобудівного підприємства. Предмет дослідження: теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні аспекти формування та фактори вдосконалення системи управління фінансовою політикою машинобудівного підприємства – ПАТ «Мотор-Січ». Мета дослідження: аналіз сучасного стану та ефективності управління фінансовою політикою, яку проводить машинобудівне підприємство ПАТ «Мотор Січ», а також визначення напрямків її вдосконалення. Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, статистичний аналіз, системний підхід формалізації, метод аналізу та синтезу, порівняльний(просторовий) аналіз, деталізація, групування, горизонтальний аналіз. В роботі визначено, що процес управління фінансовою політикою передбачає управління формуванням, розподілом і використанням фінансових ресурсів суб'єкта господарювання та оптимізації обороту його грошових коштів. Здобувачем досліджено різні підходи до визначення процес управління фінансовою політикою, функції та цілі фінансового управління, розглянуто різні підходи до визначення ефективності фінансового менеджменту, зокрема традиційний підхід та підхід на основі критерію вартості. В роботі проведено загальний аналіз сучасного стану та конкурентного середовища ПАТ «Мотор Січ», а також процесу управління фінансовою політикою як окремої складової. Визначено ефективність фінансового управління, а також проблеми фінансової політики досліджуваного машинобудівного підприємства. В третьому розділі роботи на основі аналізу конкурентного середовища, фінансового стану ПАТ «Мотор Січ», узагальнено найбільш ефективні та діючі заходи, що орієнтовані на підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства та зростання ефективності його фінансового менеджменту: розробка фінансової стратегії, яка має бути розроблена і затверджена правлінням (радою директорів) компанії та її оприлюднення для відома інвестиційної спільноти та інших стейкхолдерів; застосовування комплексного підходу до формування фінансової політики в цілому та за кожною функціональною складовою; зміна сучасного підходу до фінансової політики з огляду на високий рівень ризику та втрату стабільності компанії.

The subject of the study: theoretical, scientific, methodological and practical aspects of the formation and improvement factors of the financial policy management system of the machine-building enterprise - PJSC "Motor-Sich". The purpose of the research: analysis of the current state and effectiveness of the financial policy management carried out by PJSC "Motor Sich" machine-building enterprise, as well as determination of directions for its improvement. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis, systematic approach to formalization, method of analysis and synthesis, comparative (spatial) analysis, detailing, grouping, horizontal analysis. In the work, it is determined that the process of financial policy management involves the management of the formation, distribution and use of financial resources of the business entity and optimization of the turnover of its funds. The acquirer investigated different approaches to determining the process of financial policy management, functions and goals of financial management, considered different approaches to determining the effectiveness of financial management, in particular, the traditional approach and the approach based on the cost criterion. The work provides a general analysis of the current state and competitive environment of Motor Sich PJSC, as well as the financial policy management process as a separate component. The efficiency of financial management, as well as the problems of the financial policy of the investigated machine-building enterprise, were determined. In the third section of the work, based on the analysis of the competitive environment, the financial condition of PJSC "Motor Sich", the most effective and active measures aimed at increasing the financial stability of the enterprise and increasing the efficiency of its financial management are summarized: the development of a financial strategy, which must be developed and approved by the board (by the board of directors) of the company and its disclosure to the investment community and other stakeholders; application of a comprehensive approach to the formation of financial policy as a whole and for each functional component; changing the modern approach to financial policy in view of the high level of risk and the loss of stability of the company.
