Моделювання організаційної структури Запорізької єврейської гімназії «ОРТ-Алєф»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 69 с., 17 рис., 4 табл., 68 джерел. Об'єктом дослідження є організаційна структура Запорізької єврейської гімназії «ОРТ-Алєф». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є: моделювання організаційної структури гімназії «ОРТ-Алєф» та надання пропозицій щодо її удосконалення. Методи дослідження: логічний, графічний, порівняльний, метод логічного узагальнення. Актуальність теми даної роботи магістра полягає в тому, що ефективно працюючі заклади обирають таку організа¬ційну структуру, яка б найбільшою мірою відповідала вирішенню складних і непередбачуваних проблем. Неефективно діюча струк¬тура освітнього закладу не дає можливості досягти намічених цілей. Підтримуючи стабільність та постійність, організаційна струк¬тура не може залишатись незмінною протягом тривалого періоду. Навіть релігійні організації які, здавалось, є непохит¬ними, поступово трансформуються. Під час виконання дипломної роботи магістра, було розглянуто теоретичні аспекти моделювання організаційної структури в закладах освіти. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано існуючу організа¬ційну структуру гімназії, а також запропоновано шляхи удосконалення організа¬ційній структури закладу згідно з вимогами часу. Отримані результати можуть бути використані керівництвом гімназії «ОРТ-Алєф».

EN : Qualifying work of the master: 69 pages, 17 figures, 4 tables, 68 sources. The object of the study is the organizational structure of the Zaporizhia Jewish Gymnasium "ORT-Alef". The purpose of the master's thesis is: modeling the organizational structure of the "ORT-Alef" gymnasium and providing suggestions for its improvement. Research methods: logical, graphic, comparative, method of logical generalization. The relevance of the topic of this master's thesis is that effectively working institutions choose such an organizational structure that would be most suitable for solving complex and unpredictable problems. An inefficiently operating structure of an educational institution does not provide an opportunity to achieve the intended goals. While maintaining stability and permanence, the organizational structure cannot remain unchanged for a long period. Even religious organizations, which seemed to be steadfast, are gradually transformed. During the completion of the master's thesis, the theoretical aspects of modeling the organizational structure in educational institutions were considered. On the basis of theoretical material, the existing organizational structure of the gymnasium was analyzed, as well as ways of improving the organizational structure of the institution in accordance with the requirements of the time were proposed. The obtained results can be used by the management of the "ORT-Alef" gymnasium.
