Структурні аспекти управління збутом на ТОВ «Урожай»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 60 с., 15 рис., 25 табл., 50 джерел. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретичних засад управління збутом у системі виробничого підприємства та розробка на цій основі практичних рекомендацій щодо управління збутом. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління збутом товарів в системі управління виробничого підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методичні засади управління збутом товарів в логістичній системі виробничого підприємства. Методологія дослідження базується на принципах діалектичного методу, що дозволяє оцінити діалектику загального і приватного, зміст і форми, позитивного і нормативного підходу. При проведенні дослідження застосовувалися принципи системності, спостереження, соціологічного обстеження, вибіркового спостереження та інших економіко-статистичних і загальнонаукових методів. Результати дослідження можуть використовуватись вітчизняними підприємствами для удосконалення управління збутом товарів в сучасних умовах. Запропонована в роботі пропозиція удосконалення управління збутом товарів задля підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства була представлена на розгляд керівному складу ТОВ «Урожай», де було визнано можливість практичного застосування в майбутньому.

The results of the follow-up can be won by the business enterprises for the improvement of the management of the goods in the modern minds. Proposed in robotic proposition to improve the management of the supply of goods for the promotion of the efficiency of the activity of the business, the bula was presented to the storage warehouse of TOV «Yrozay» de Bulo was recognized the possibility of a practical zastosuvannya in the future.
