Асертивність як умова вирішення конфліктів у подружній парі

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 65 сторінка друкованого тексту, 1 таблиця, 3 рисунка. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – асертивність особистості. Соціально-економічні та політичні процеси, що відбуваються в Україні призводять до переосмислення значущості індивідуальних та суспільних цінностей, зміни соціальних стереотипів та міжособистісної взаємодії. Зазначені трансформації істотно впливають на всі сторони суспільства, включаючи інститут сім'ї, зокрема, на стійкість і стабільність сім'ї, відносини між подружжям. Процеси, які відбуваються в суспільстві, не завжди позначаються на сімейному житті прямо і безпосередньо, а переломлюються крізь призму індивідуальних психологічних особливостей членів сім'ї та специфіку їх взаємовідносин. При цьому, саме психологічні умови стають визначальними серед інших, які впливають на задоволеність сімейними відносинами та стійкість шлюбу. Наукова новизна полягає у тому що розроблено структурну модель асертивності як інтегративного ієрархічно-структурного утворення особистості; теоретично дoслiджeнo oсoбливoстi прояву асертивності як психологічної умови вирішення конфліктів у подружній парі; поглиблено, розширено та доповнено уявлення про психологічні чинники розвитку асертивності, асертивних стратегій поведінки, особливостей їх прояву, зокрема, в подружніх стосунках; набули подальшого розвитку теоретичні уявлення про ієрархічну структурованість асертивності, її інтегральність та функції.

The socio-economic and political processes taking place in Ukraine lead to a rethinking of the importance of individual and social values, changes in social stereotypes and interpersonal interaction. These transformations significantly affect all aspects of society, including the institution of the family, in particular, the stability and stability of the family, relations between spouses. Processes that take place in society do not always affect family life directly and directly, but are refracted through the prism of individual psychological characteristics of family members and the specifics of their relationships. At the same time, it is psychological conditions that become decisive among others that affect satisfaction with family relationships and the stability of marriage. The scientific novelty is that a structural model of assertiveness has been developed as an integrative hierarchical-structural personality formation; the peculiarity of the manifestation of assertiveness as a psychological condition for resolving conflicts in a married couple is theoretically investigated; a deepened, expanded and supplemented understanding of the psychological factors of the development of assertiveness, assertive strategies of behavior, the peculiarities of their manifestation, in particular, in marital relations; theoretical ideas about the hierarchical structure of assertiveness, its integrality and functions have gained further development.
