Визначення організаційно-технологічної надійності проектних рішень реконструкції цеху вогнетривкого заводу в м. Кривий Ріг

Abstract

UA : В роботі розглянуто поняття організаційно-технологічне проектування, що має системотехнічну властивість проектних рішень, та забезпечує досягнення заданого результату будівельного проекту в нестійких умовах будівництва. Визначено методики прогнозування строків будівництва та собівартості реконструкції цеху вогнетривкого заводу на основі імовірнісно-статистичного підходу, які забезпечують ефективність організаційно-технологічного проектування. Обґрунтовано застосування імітаційної моделі «Тривалість-Вартість» яка дозволяє побудувати імовірнісний розподіл тривалості та вартості, ефективно оцінити надійність прийняття організаційно-технологічних рішень проекту реконструкції у умовах трансформації економічних відносин, та забезпечити здачу об’єкту будівництва в заданий термін, що суттєво підвищує ймовірність отримання договору підряду будівельною організацією.

EN : The work examines the concept of organizational and technological design, which has a system-technical property of project solutions and ensures the achievement of the specified result of the construction project in unstable construction conditions. Methods of forecasting construction terms and the cost of reconstruction of the shop of the refractory plant based on a probabilistic-statistical approach have been determined, which ensure the effectiveness of organizational and technological design. The application of the simulation model «Duration-Cost» is substantiated, which allows you to build a probability distribution of duration and cost, to effectively assess the reliability of making organizational and technological decisions of the reconstruction project in the conditions of transformation of economic relations, and to ensure the delivery of the construction object within the specified time, which significantly increases the probability of obtaining contract by the construction organization.
