Abstract

UA : В роботі розглядаються питання пов’язані з ефективністю ремонтно-будівельного виробництва з використанням енергозберігаючих технологій при зведенні дитячого садочка. Увагу приділено використанню інноваційних технологій та матеріалів в будівництві та ремонтно-будівельному виробництві . Виконано аналіз застосування сучасних технологій та матеріалів при будівництві дитячого садка . Розглянуті методи ремонтно-будівельного виробництва. Проаналізовано енергозберігаючі технології та матеріали. Досліджено варіанти модернізації які використовують при проведені енергоефективності огороджувальних конструкцій. Проведено теплотехнічний розрахунок зовнішніх огороджувальних конструкцій за старими та новими показниками ДСТУ.

EN : The work examines issues related to the efficiency of repair and construction production using energy-saving technologies in the construction of a kindergarten. Attention is paid to the use of innovative technologies and materials in construction and repair and construction production. An analysis of the use of modern technologies and materials in the construction of a kindergarten was performed. The considered methods of repair and construction production. Energy-saving technologies and materials were analyzed. The options for modernization that are used during the energy efficiency of the enclosing structures have been studied. The thermal engineering calculation of external enclosing structures was carried out according to the old and new indicators of DSTU. A technological map has been developed for the implementation of insulation works with mineral wool slabs using the wet facade technology during the construction of a kindergarten in the city of Zaporizhzhia.
