Технологічні особливості виробництва корозійностійкої жароміцної сталі

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідження технологічних особливостей виробництва корозійностійкої жароміцної сталі з метою забезпечення стабільності механічних властивостей і підвищення якості металу. Обґрунтована доцільність вибору типу технологічного процесу; проведений вибір марок сталей; розглянутий вплив легуючих на властивості сталі; наведений опис будівлі ЕСПЦ. Наведена характеристика дугової сталеплавильної печі ДСП-50. Представлений огляд існуючих способів виробництва нержавіючих сталей; розроблена технологія виплавки сталі марки 04Х18Н10, технологія газокисневого рафінування сталі; проведений розрахунок шихти на виплавку сталі. Проведено аналіз потенційно шкідливих і небезпечних чинників виробничого середовища електросталеплавильного цеху, розроблено заходи захисту від впливу небезпечних і шкідливих чинників виробничого середовища електросталеплавильного цеху.

EN : The work sets out the task of researching the technological features of the production of corrosion-resistant heat-resistant steel in order to ensure the stability of mechanical properties and improve the quality of the metal. Reasonable expediency of choosing the type of technological process; selection of steel brands; the influence of alloys on the properties of steel is considered; the description of the building of the electric steel smelting shop is given. The characteristics of the DSP-50 arc steel melting furnace are given. An overview of existing methods of stainless steel production is presented; the technology of smelting steel grade 04X18Н10, the technology of gas-oxygen refining of steel was developed; calculation of charge for steel smelting was carried out. An analysis of potentially harmful and dangerous factors of the production environment of the electric steelmaking workshop was carried out, measures were developed to protect against the influence of dangerous and harmful factors of the production environment of the electric steelmaking workshop.
