Сучасний світ зазнає суттєвих змін. Відбуваються не тільки економічні та політичні перетворення, а й зміна світогляду та ціннісних орієнтацій людей. Те, що було важливо ще декілька десятків років тому, на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства є неактуальним. Ціннісні орієнтації є важливими елементами внутрішньої структури особистості, які закріплюються на основі життєвого досвіду індивіда, його переживань. Наукова новизна полягає у тому, що теоретично та емпірично досліджено ціннісні орієнтації сучасної молоді на прикладі волонтерів в умовах війни; у роботі теоретично обґрунтовано такі поняття як: «ціннісні орієнтації», їх види, значення та особливості формування в різні вікові періоди. Ця інформація буде корисна майбутнім психологам; результати емпіричного дослідження можуть бути використані практичними психологами у своїй професійній діяльності. Розроблені рекомендації щодо формування у дітей правильних ціннісних орієнтацій можуть бути використані батьками у процесі виховання.

The problem of emotional well-being of children in the family and school is one of the most urgent, since a positive emotional state is one of the most important conditions for personality development. A child's high emotionality, which colors his mental life and practical experience, is a characteristic feature of school childhood. In some cases, it is joy, fullness of life, agreement with the world and oneself, lack of affectivity and self-absorption; others have excessive tension, low mood, pronounced aggression. Art therapy is an excellent assistant in the field of emotional correction. The child has the opportunity to get acquainted with various types of art: music, painting and literature. Art therapy is interpreted as treatment or healing by art and is considered one of the most gentle, but effective methods used in the work of psychologists, social workers, correctional teachers and psychotherapists. The scientific novelty is that as a result of the analysis and generalization of pedagogical the essence and manifestations of the emotional-volitional sphere were clarified from the literature; the peculiarities of the emotional-volitional sphere of preschool children, directions of corrective work aimed at increasing the emotional-volitional sphere of children using art therapy methods are determined.
