Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 47 сторінках друкованого тексту, 4 таблиці, 4 рисунка. Перелік посилань включає 30 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: прояви особистості, яка скоїла тяжкий злочин. На сучасному етапі розвитку України як незалежної правової держави викликає занепокоєння підвищення рівня злочинності в суспільстві. Одним із засобів ефективної боротьби зі злочинністю, забезпечення безпеки громадян є створення не тільки системи контролю, а й впливу на суб’єктів злочинної діяльності. Злочинність та її окремий прояв — злочин — не можуть бути достатньою мірою вивчені, а тим більше пояснені без звернення до того, хто їх вчиняє. Вихідною одиницею аналізу тут виступає людина як носій розуму і представник суспільства. У загальноправовому контексті людина виглядає особою — суб'єктом злочину, а в психологічному контексті — особистістю, що вчинила злочин. Наукова новизна полягає в тому, що проаналізовано зміст та сутність психологічних особливостей осіб, які скоїли тяжкі злочини; розглянуто типологію осіб, які скоїли злочин; теоретично досліджено девіантну поведінку у якості чинника, що обумовлює виникнення акцентуацій у злочинця; розроблено систему методики дослідження психологічних особливостей осіб, які скоїли тяжкі злочини.

EN : The work is presented on 47 pages of printed text, 4 tables, 4 figures. The list of references includes 30 sources. The object of research: manifestations of a personality who committed a serious crime. At the current stage of the development of Ukraine as an independent state governed by the rule of law, the increase in the level of crime in society is cause for concern. One of the means of effectively fighting crime and ensuring the safety of citizens is the creation of not only a control system, but also an influence on the subjects of criminal activity. Criminality and its separate manifestation—crime—cannot be sufficiently studied, let alone explained, without referring to the person who commits them. The starting unit of analysis here is a person as a bearer of reason and a representative of society. In the general legal context, a person looks like a person — the subject of a crime, and in the psychological context — a person who committed a crime. The scientific novelty is that the content and essence of the psychological characteristics of persons who have committed serious crimes have been analyzed; the typology of persons who committed a crime is considered; theoretically investigated deviant behavior as a factor causing accentuations in the criminal; a system of methods for researching the psychological characteristics of persons who have committed serious crimes has been developed.
