Особливості розвитку емпатії молодших школярів в умовах НУШ

Abstract

В умовах сьогодення сучасне суспільство вкрай потребує людей, які вміють ділитися своїм духовним багатством з оточуючими та виявляють свою духовну щедрість діями, а не словами. У сучасних державотворчих умовах складність соціально-економічної ситуації впливає на формування особистості людини, зумовлюючи глибокі зміни потреб і мотивації поведінки та моральної сфери в цілому. Відповідно до концепції НУШ, школи мають формувати згуртовані спільноти активних та відповідальних громадян. Аби бути частиною такої спільноти, важливим стає питання розвитку емоційного інтелекту, яким діти повинні навчитися користуватися протягом навчального року. Крім того, ефективна взаємодія між людьми, вміння домовлятися та вирішувати конфлікти неможливі без добре розвиненої емпатії. Оскільки емпатія є основою для формування емоційного інтелекту, більшість країн світу приділяють увагу її розвитку. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що: обґрунтовано та досліджено особливості розвитку емпатії у молодших школярів в умовах НУШ; розроблено і апробовано програму її розвитку.

In today's conditions, modern society desperately needs people who know how to share their spiritual wealth with others and show their spiritual generosity through actions, not words. In modern state-building conditions, the complexity of the socio-economic situation affects the formation of a person's personality, causing deep changes in the needs and motivations of behavior and the moral sphere as a whole. According to the concept of NUSH, schools should form cohesive communities of active and responsible citizens. To be part of such a community, the issue of developing emotional intelligence, which children must learn to use during the school year, becomes important. In addition, effective interaction between people, the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts are impossible without well-developed empathy. Since empathy is the basis for the formation of emotional intelligence, most countries of the world pay attention to its development. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the fact that: the peculiarities of the development of empathy in younger schoolchildren in the conditions of the National Academy of Sciences have been substantiated and investigated; a program for its development has been developed and tested.
