Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: торгівельно-посередницькі операції підприємства дистриб’ютора ТОВ «ГРУПА МТС» в системі його міжнародної діяльності. Мета роботи – економічне обґрунтування перспективних напрямків розвитку ринкової діяльності підприємства – посередника, що є суб’єктом міжнародного бізнесу. Методи дослідження: описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, графічний, системний. Специфіка роботи полягає у дослідженні торгівельно-посередницьких операцій підприємства – суб’єкта міжнародного бізнесу на ринку електротехнічного обладнання. Для досягнення цієї мети у роботі вирішуються наступні задачі: - досліджено сутність та форми торгово-посередницької діяльності у міжнародній торгівлі; - проаналізовано теоретичні засади управління ефективністю експортної діяльності компанії посередника, а також методику визначення її ефективності; - здійснено аналіз ринкової діяльності «Група «МТС»; - діагностовано попит та пропозицію експортної продукції ТОВ «Група «МТС» на ринку; - визначено економічну ефективність експорту електротехнічної продукції ТОВ «Група «МТС». У роботі здійснено дослідження особливостей торгівельно-посередницьких операцій на міжнародних ринках на прикладі ринкової діяльності компанії – посередника ТОВ «Група «МТС», що є суб’єктом ринку електротехнічної продукції, виконано стратегічний аналіз перспектив розвитку даної компанії на цьому ринку; на основі здійсненого аналізу розроблено основні напрями вдосконалення торгівельно-посередницьких операцій компанії ТОВ «Група «МТС».

EN : The object of the study: trade and intermediary operations of the distributor company "MTS GROUP" LLC in the system of its international activity. The purpose of the work is the economic substantiation of promising directions for the development of the market activity of the enterprise - an intermediary that is a subject of international business. Research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, graphic, systematic. The specificity of the work consists in the study of trade and intermediary operations of the enterprise - a subject of international business in the market of electrical equipment. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved in the work: - the essence and forms of commercial and intermediary activities in international trade are investigated; - the theoretical principles of managing the efficiency of the intermediary company's export activity were analyzed, as well as the methodology for determining its efficiency; - an analysis of the market activity of "MTS Group" was carried out; - diagnosed demand and supply of export products of MTS Group LLC on the market; - the economic efficiency of the export of electrical products of MTS Group LLC was determined. In the work, a study of the peculiarities of trade and intermediary operations on international markets was carried out on the example of the market activity of the company - the intermediary of the company "MTS Group" LLC, which is a subject of the electrical products market, a strategic analysis of the development prospects of this company in this market was carried out; on the basis of the performed analysis, the main areas of improvement of trade and intermediary operations of the MTS Group LLC company were developed.
