Технологія виплавки конструкційних вуглецевих сталей з використанням установки піч-ківш

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання розробити технологію виплавки сталі марки Ст3сп у кисневому конвертері із застосуванням установки піч-ківш. Представлена сутність та розвиток конвертерних процесів; загальний опис технології плавки в кисневому конвертері та розглянута позапічна обробка сталі на установці піч-ківш; представлена конструкція установки піч-ківш; розглянуті завдання, які вирішуються на УПК; проведений розрахунок параметрів продування, розрахунок дорозкислення сталі на УПК; формування рафінувального шлаку; тепловий баланс оброкби на УКП; розглянуті технологічні особливості обробки сталі на УКП та технологія розливання сталі 3сп; проведений розрахунок матеріального балансу киснево-конвертерної плавки. Проаналізовані основні проблеми охорони праці та техногенної безпеки в виробничих умовах конвертерного цеху.

EN : The task of the work is to develop a technology for smelting St3sp steel in an oxygen converter using a ladle furnace. The essence and development of converter processes are presented; a general description of the technology of melting in an oxygen converter and the consideration of out-of-furnace processing of steel at the ladle furnace installation; the design of the furnace-bucket installation is presented; considered tasks that are solved at the furnace-bucket installation; calculation of blowing parameters, calculation of post-oxidation of steel at the furnace-bucket installation; formation of refining slag; thermal balance of processing at the furnace-bucket installation; the technological features of steel processing at the ladle-furnace installation and the technology of pouring steel 3сп are considered; the calculation of the material balance of the oxygen-converter smelter was carried out. The main problems of labor protection and man-made safety in the production conditions of the converter workshop are analyzed.
