Технологічні особливості виробництва металевого марганцю

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити технологічні особливості виробництва металевого марганцю. Приведений аналіз сучасного стану феросплавного виробництва; виробнича програма цеху та опис цеху по прольотах, ділянках, схемах вантажопотоків. Наведено обґрунтування вибору типу печі, опис обладнання печі для виплавки металевого марганцю; розрахунок електричних і геометричних параметрів печі РКО-7,0. Приведені фізико-хімічні властивості марганця та його сполук; представлено застосування і склад сплавів марганця; наведена характеристика марганцевих руд і концентратів; показані вимоги до якості марганцевих концентратів; описаний процес дефосфорація марганцевих концентратів; та ззроблений озрахунок шихти для виплавлення металевого марганцю. Приведена характеристика шкідливих умов виробництва, розробка заходів захисту від впливу небезпечних і шкідливих чинників виробничого середовища феросплавного цеху.

EN : The task of the work is to investigate the technological features of the production of metallic manganese. The analysis of the current state of ferroalloy production is given; production program of the workshop and description of the workshop by spans, sections, cargo flow diagrams. The rationale for choosing the type of furnace, the description of furnace equipment for smelting metallic manganese is given; calculation of electrical and geometric parameters of the РКО-7.0 furnace. Physico-chemical properties of manganese and its compounds are given; the application and composition of manganese alloys are presented; the characteristics of manganese ores and concentrates are given; requirements for the quality of manganese concentrates are shown; the process of dephosphorylation of manganese concentrates is described; and calculated the charge for smelting metallic manganese. The characteristics of harmful production conditions, the development of measures to protect against the influence of dangerous and harmful factors in the production environment of the ferroalloy workshop are given.
