Інноваційна політика підприємства в галузі міжнародного бізнесу

Abstract

UA : Об’єктом роботи є кадрова політика підприємства та система управління персоналом в умовах воєнного часу. Предмет дослідження – сукупність теоретико-методологічних і практичних основ, принципів та методів управління персоналом підприємства в системі технологій та інноваційного розвитку. Мета роботи – узагальнення теоретичних положень і розробка рекомендацій з удосконалення кадрової політики та системи управління інноваційним розвитком. Методи дослідження – діалектичної логіки, узагальнення, комплексний аналіз і синтез, графічний, порівняльно-економічний аналіз. У роботі досліджуються теоретичні аспекти формування інноваційної політики та системи управління персоналом. Вивчено особливості системи управління інноваціями. Розкрито сутність, типи та особливості формування кадрової політики. Визначено важливість розвитку персоналу як провідного елементу інноваційної політики в сучасних умовах. Виконано дослідження кадрової політики та системи управління персоналом ТОВ «Ай ти Навігатор». Проаналізовано інноваційну політику підприємства та її основні складові. Надано оцінку системи мотивації персоналу в структурі кадрової політики підприємства. Запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення кадрової політики підприємства на основі проведення кадрового аудиту та автоматизації функцій з управління персоналом на підприємстві.

EN : The object of the work is the personnel policy of the enterprise and the personnel management system in wartime conditions. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical foundations, principles and methods of enterprise personnel management in the system of technologies and innovative development. The purpose of the work is to generalize theoretical provisions and develop recommendations for improving personnel policy and the management system of innovative development. Research methods – dialectical logic, generalization, complex analysis and synthesis, graphic, comparative economic analysis. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of the formation of an innovative policy and personnel management system. Peculiarities of the innovation management system have been studied. The essence, types and features of personnel policy formation are disclosed. The importance of personnel development as a leading element of innovation policy in modern conditions is determined. A study of the personnel policy and personnel management system of "Ai ti Navigator" LLC was carried out. The innovative policy of the enterprise and its main components are analyzed. An assessment of the personnel motivation system in the structure of the company's personnel policy is given. Measures to improve the personnel policy of the enterprise on the basis of personnel audit and automation of personnel management functions at the enterprise are proposed.
