Механізми диверсифікації експортних потоків підприємствами АПК в умовах обмеженої логістики

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра «Механізми диверсифікації експортних потоків підприємствами АПК в умовах обмеженої логістики» виконана на актуальну тему розробки оптимальної стратегії виживання агропромислового підприємства на ринку в період кризи зовнішнього середовища. В роботі розглянуті основні конкурентні моделі механізму диверсифікації експортних потоків підприємства, що використовуються в сучасному менеджменті та розглянуто можливість їх застосування на прикладі українського підприємства аграрної галузі. Мета роботи – аналіз сучасного стану підприємства харчопереробки та його механізму диверсифікації експортних потоків підприємства та усвідомлення напрямків вдосконалення його діяльності. Об’єкт – організаційний механізм управління структурою підприємства. В першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні аспекти стратегічного менеджменту підприємства, специфічні для кризового періоду. В другому розділі розглянуті сучасні стратегії управління підприємством та їх можливість застосування в період воєнних дій та після їх закінчення. Проаналізовано сучасний стан аграрної галузі, організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємств. Виявлено ключові проблеми підприємств, які пов’язані зі станом зовнішнього середовища та поточною ситуацією в країні та на світовому ринку продовольства. В роботі використовувались основні загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження: описовий, монографічний, абстрактно-логічний, порівняльний.

EN : The bachelor's qualification work "Mechanisms of diversification of export flows by agro-industrial complex enterprises in conditions of limited logistics" was carried out on the topical topic of developing an optimal strategy for the survival of an agro-industrial enterprise on the market during a period of external environmental crisis. The paper examines the main competitive models of the mechanism of diversification of the company's export flows, which are used in modern management, and considers the possibility of their application on the example of a Ukrainian enterprise in the agricultural sector. The purpose of the work is to analyze the current state of the food processing enterprise and its mechanism of diversification of the enterprise's export flows and to understand the directions of improvement of its activity. The object is an organizational mechanism for managing the structure of the enterprise. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the strategic management of the enterprise, specific for the crisis period, are considered. In the second chapter, modern enterprise management strategies and their possibility of application during the period of hostilities and after their end are considered. The current state of the agrarian industry, the organizational and economic characteristics of enterprises are analyzed. The key problems of enterprises related to the state of the external environment and the current situation in the country and on the world food market have been identified. The main general scientific and special research methods were used in the work: descriptive, monographic, abstract-logical, comparative.
