Реорганізація експортних потоків металургійного підприємства в умовах кризи

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра «Реорганізація експортних потоків металургійного підприємства в умовах кризи» в умовах ресурсних обмежень» в умовах воєнного стану» виконана на актуальну тему розробки оптимальної стратегії реструктуризації підприємства металургійного комплексу в умовах обмежень постачання сировини та енергоресурсів та блокади. В роботі розглядається діяльність заводу в кризовий період кризового падіння економіки та соціальної сфери, як діяти організації в умовах радикальної зміни фінансових потоків в сфері бізнесу. Мета роботи – аналіз сучасного стану підприємства та його зовнішнього середовища та усвідомлення напрямків вдосконалення його діяльності в складних умовах. Об’єкт – публічне акціонерне товариство «Запоріжсталь» - великий український виробник сталі та чавуну, частина корпорації «Метінвест». В першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні аспекти кризового менеджменту організації, специфічні для кризового періоду. В другому розділі розглянуті сучасні стратегії управління та їх можливість застосування в період воєнних дій та після їх закінчення. Проаналізовано сучасний стан галузі, організаційно-економічна характеристика організації. Виявлено ключові проблеми підприємств, які пов’язані зі станом зовнішнього середовища та поточною ситуацією в країні та на світовому ринку. Рекомендовано застосування комплексу управлінських заходів, які б попередили б настання кризи на підприємстві. В роботі використовувались основні загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження: описовий, монографічний, абстрактно-логічний, порівняльний, матриця БКГ, факторний аналіз.

EN : The bachelor's qualification work "Reorganization of export flows of a metallurgical enterprise under conditions of crisis" under conditions of resource restrictions" under conditions of martial law" was performed on the topical topic of developing an optimal strategy for restructuring the enterprise of the metallurgical complex under conditions of restrictions on the supply of raw materials and energy resources and a blockade. The work examines the operation of the plant in the crisis period of the crisis of the economy and the social sphere, how the organization should act in the conditions of a radical change in financial flows in the business sphere. The purpose of the work is the analysis of the current state of the enterprise and its external environment and awareness of directions for improving its activity in difficult conditions. The object is public joint-stock company "Zaporizhstal" - a large Ukrainian producer of steel and cast iron, part of the "Metinvest" corporation. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological aspects of crisis management of the organization, specific for the crisis period, are considered. In the second chapter, modern management strategies and their possibility of application during the period of hostilities and after their end are considered. The current state of the industry, organizational and economic characteristics of the organization are analyzed. The key problems of enterprises, which are related to the state of the external environment and the current situation in the country and on the world market, have been identified. It is recommended to use a set of management measures that would prevent the onset of a crisis at the enterprise. The main scientific and special research methods were used in the work: descriptive, monographic, abstract-logical, comparative, BKG matrix, factor analysis.
