Матеріально-технічне забезпечення ПрАТ Дніпроспецсталь в умовах обмеженої логістики

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми ресурсного забезпечення підприємства в умовах обмеженої логістики є логічним продовженням теми виживання підприємства металургії в умовах війни та блокади основних маршрутів постачання сировини, обмеження видобутку сировини та можливостей її складування та збереження у міжсезонний період. Мета роботи – дослідити можливості налагодження постачання сировини на підприємство металургійного комплексу в умовах обмеженої логістики, викликаної неспровокованою агресією РФ проти України. Об’єкт дипломного дослідження – підприємство ПрАТ «Дніпроспецсталь». Предмет – система постачання сировини та матеріалів у виробництво. В першому розділі опусуються основні аспекти асортиментної та логістичної політики підприємства металургії, понятійний апарат логістики запасів та постачання. В другому розділі описується ситуація, яка склалась на ПрАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» та її специфіка у воєнний період, шляхи удосконалення постачання сировини та матеріалів на підприємство. В роботі виористовувались загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження: описовий, порівняльний, монографічний, абстрактно-логічний, графічний та статистичної виборки.

EN : The relevance of the topic of resource provision of the enterprise in conditions of limited logistics is a logical continuation of the topic of the survival of the metallurgical enterprise in the conditions of war and the blockade of the main routes of supply of raw materials, restrictions on the extraction of raw materials and the possibilities of their storage and preservation in the off-season period. The purpose of the work is to investigate the possibilities of establishing the supply of raw materials to the enterprise of the metallurgical complex in the conditions of limited logistics caused by the unprovoked aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The object of the diploma research is the Dniprospetsstal PJSC enterprise. The subject is a system of supplying raw materials and materials to production. In the first section, the main aspects of the assortment and logistics policy of the metallurgical enterprise, the conceptual apparatus of inventory and supply logistics are omitted. The second chapter describes the situation that developed at Dniprospetsstal PJSC and its specifics during the war period, ways to improve the supply of raw materials and materials to the enterprise. The work used general scientific and special research methods: descriptive, comparative, monographic, abstract-logical, graphic, and statistical sampling.
