Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра «Діяльність Запорізької ТПП в умовах воєнного часу» виконана на актуальну тему розробки оптимальної стратегії виживання об’єднання підприємств різних сфер бізнесу – організації, яка надає різноманітні послуги для зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. В роботі розглядається діяльність організації в кризовий період кризового падіння економіки та соціальної сфери, як діяти організації в умовах радикальної зміни фінансових потоків Мета роботи – аналіз сучасного стану діяльності організації в кризових умовах. Об’єкт – Запорізька торгово-промислова палата. В першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні та методологічні аспекти стратегічного менеджменту підприємства, специфічні для кризового періоду. В другому розділі розглянуті сучасні стратегії управління підприємством та їх можливість застосування в період воєнних дій та після їх закінчення. Розглянуті основні аспекти діяльності Запорізької торгово-промислової палати, приклади її клієнтів, управління інвестиційними коштами та організаційною структурою, проблемні аспекти діяльності та заходи з управління персоналом, які використовуються організацією з метою виходу із кризи. Запропоновано комплекс заходів для поліпшення ситуації в управлінні фінансовими потоками та відновлення нормальної життєдіяльності організації, розвиток нових видів діяльності тощо.

The work examines the activities of the organization during the crisis period of the crisis of the economy and the social sphere, how the organization should act in the conditions of a radical change in financial flows The purpose of the work is to analyze the current state of the organization's activities in crisis conditions. Object - Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the strategic management of the enterprise, specific for the crisis period, are considered. In the second chapter, modern enterprise management strategies and their possibility of application during the period of hostilities and after their end are considered. The main aspects of the activity of the Zaporizhzhya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, examples of its clients, management of investment funds and organizational structure, problematic aspects of activity and personnel management measures used by the organization to overcome the crisis are considered. A set of measures is proposed to improve the situation in the management of financial flows and restore normal life activities of the organization, development of new types of activities, etc.
