Предмет дослідження: психодіагностика професійно важливих якостей
посадових осіб у системі публічного управління.
Мета дослідження: дослідження ефективних методів та прийомів
психодіагностики професійно важливих якостей посадових осіб у системі
публічного управління.
Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, структурно-
функціональний, аналіз статистичних даних.
Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що на основі
комплексного дослідження розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації
дослідження професійно важливих якостей посадових осіб у системі
публічного управління.
Гіпотеза дослідження: психодіагностика професійно-важливих якостей
посадових осіб є обов’язковою частиною перевірки їх на кваліфікаційну
придатність та якість праці.
Висновки: 1. Використання психологічних та методичних стратегій
допоможе забезпечити ефективний розвиток професійно важливих якостей
посадових осіб у системі публічного управління та підвищити їх професійну
компетентність та успішність у виконанні службових обов'язків.
2. Психодіагностика має бути процесом, що здійснюється на різних
етапах професійного розвитку посадових осіб. Вона може використовуватись
при наборі та відборі кандидатів, оцінці потенціалу та розвитку працівників, а
також при визначенні потреб у навчанні та підвищенні кваліфікації.

Scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that, on the basis of a

Conclusions: 1. The use of psychological and methodical strategies will help
