Удосконалення функцій управління як снова підвищення ефективності організації ПП «АКТИС»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Удосконалення функцій управління як основа підвищення ефективності організації ПП «АКТИС» : 60 сторінок,9 таблиць, 1 рисунок. Перелік посилань нараховує 40 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в нагальній необхідності практичного діалогу щодо питання про те, як чотири основні функції управління (тобто планування, організація, мотивація та контроль) можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності сучасної організації. Особливу увагу при цьому ми зорієнтували на сприяння міжособистісній довірі між керівниками та працівниками як запоруці успішності підприємства. Метою роботи є розгляд системи управління підприємства як сукупності реалізації взаємозалежних функцій менеджменту та вивчення їхнього впливу на ефективність організації. Об'єктом цього дослідження є приватне підприємство «АКТИС». Предмет дослідження – основні функції управління та їхня роль в системі управління сучасного підприємства. Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові праці вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців, бізнесменів, фахівців у галузі менеджменту, управління персоналом, фінансового аналізу, підприємницької справи. У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні основи функцій управління в сучасних організаціях; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику приватного підприємства «АКТИС»; виявлено стан та особливості функцій управління, що застосовуються на підприємстві; запропоновані шляхи підвищення ефективності діяльності ПП«АКТИС» за рахунок активізації основних функцій менеджменту.

The relevance of the research topic lies in the urgent need for a practical dialogue on the question of how the four main functions of management (ie, planning, organizing, motivating and controlling) can be used to improve the effectiveness of the modern organization. At the same time, we focused special attention on promoting interpersonal trust between managers and employees as a key to the success of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to consider the management system of the enterprise as a set of implementation of interdependent functions of management and to study their impact on the effectiveness of the organization. The object of this study is the private enterprise «AKTIS». The subject of the study is the main functions of management and their role in the management system of a modern enterprise. The information base of the work consists of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, businessmen, specialists in the field of management, personnel management, financial analysis, and entrepreneurship. The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of management functions in modern organizations; the organizational and economic characteristics of the private enterprise «AKTIS» are provided; the state and features of the management functions used at the enterprise are revealed; proposed ways of increasing the effectiveness of the activity of PP «AKTIS» due to the activation of the main functions of management.
