Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Вплив організаційної культури на ефективність організації ТОВ «КЛІМАТ-АВТО» : 65 сторінок, 7 таблиць, 6 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 41 найменування. Актуальність теми дипломної роботи зумовлена важливістю чіткого та повного розуміння організаційної культури в компанії, етапів її формування та розвитку. Метою даної роботи є дослідження впливу організаційної культури на ефективність діяльності підприємства ТОВ «КЛІМАТ-АВТО». Об'єктом даного дослідження є торговельне підприємство ТОВ «КЛІМАТ-АВТО». Предметом дослідження є організаційна культура на сучасних підприємствах. Інформаційну базу роботи становлять наукові роботи з менеджменту та економіки, монографічні дослідження та статті вітчизняних авторів, практичні матеріали та офіційні статистичні дані, ресурси мережі Інтернет. В роботі інформація узагальнена та відображена за допомогою таблиць, графіків, схем. В ході проведеного дослідження було проаналізовано теоретикометодологічні основи організаційної культури на сучасних підприємствах; надано організаційно-економічну характеристику торговельного підприємства ТОВ «КЛІМАТ-АВТО», досліджено та проаналізовано його організаційну культуру; розроблено методику дослідження та оцінки організаційної культури на сучасному підприємстві; запропоновано практики з розвитку організаційної культури на ТОВ «КЛІМАТ-АВТО».

The relevance of the topic of the thesis is determined by the importance of a clear and complete understanding of the organizational culture in the company, the stages of its formation and development. The purpose of this work is to study the influence of organizational culture on the efficiency of the KLIMAT-AVTO LLC. The object of this research is the trading company KLIMAT-AVTO LLC. The subject of the study is organizational culture at modern enterprises. The information base of the work consists of scientific works on management and economics, monographic studies and articles by domestic authors, practical materials and official statistical data, Internet resources. In the work, the information is summarized and displayed using tables, graphs, and diagrams. In the course of the conducted research, the theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational culture at modern enterprises were analyzed; the organizational and economic characteristics of the trading company KLIMATAVTO LLC were provided, its organizational culture was researched and analyzed; a method of research and assessment of organizational culture at a modern enterprise was developed; offered practices for the development of organizational culture at KLIMAT-AVTO LLC.
